Founded by Jennifer Thacker, a Calgary-based Creative Strategist and Experience Design professional with over 15 years managing high-profile events across Western Canada, the company blends meticulous planning with creative, innovative solutions.

R3Events’ services span strategic event planning, creative design, execution and logistics, building openings, festival planning, children’s holiday parties, trade shows, corporate staff days, Stampede events, conferences, and incentive trips. Jennifer previously served three years as President of Meeting Professionals International (MPI) and partnered with the SAIT Hospitality program to support emerging event professionals. Among the company’s standout projects: coordinating the BMO opening, moving 1,700 attendees across three floors alongside Fuze Entertainment.
